Meeting Notes from Jan 6 2023

Minutes from last meeting. Thanks to everyone who came out to the meeting, lots of positive conversation. 

With so many interested in being on the board, we are hopeful for a five person board of directors and move the club forward. 

Members of South Warren club we're present and explained where they're going to groom too. They're willing to come to the top of Alden Avenue. At this time due to land owner agreements, we will maintain the Hickory Hill Trail.

Looking for trail volunteers as well as fundraising. 

Next meeting is Friday January 27 6pm 1000 acres. 

Elections will be held.
